Ingredients
0.5 cup Butter, salted5.5 fl oz Milk, canned, evaporated2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract2.0 cup, crushed, sliced, or chunks Pineapple, canned1.0 cup, shredded Coconut, raw1.0 tsp Baking Soda1.0 cup Granulated Sugar2.0 cup Granulated Sugar2.0 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
Directions
Mix all cake ingredients together. Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Bake 30 to 40 min. While cake is baking make frosting. Melt butter in skilet add milk and sugar. Boil 5 minutes add coconut. Remove cake from oven when done whike still warm poke holes in it and piur on frosting Serving Size: 9
