0.05 dash Pepper, black0.05 dash Salt24.0 oz Jennie-O Turkey Store - Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast with Natural Flavorings3.5 cup White Beans - Goya Small white beans2.0 cup red and green peppers & onions Frozen3.5 serving petite diced tomatoes no salt added6.0 tsp minced garlic1.0 tsp Mrs dash Southwest Chipotle
1 1/2 pounds ground turkey
1 small bag Frozen red & green pepper with onions
1 14 oz can tomatoes
1 15 oz can white beans
2 TBSP minced garlic
Salt pepper to taste
1 tsp Mrs dash Southwest Chipotle
Put ground turkey in a non-stick pan no oil no cooking spray. Add salt and pepper to taste and cook until no lo get pink. I added a little cumin to this you can do that or leave it. Next take the beans drained and rinsed add to crock pot or stock pot, add tomatoes with the juice the Frozen bell peppers and onions mix next ad ground turkey minced garlic mix again next sad mrs. Dash mix and leave to cook on Summer or on low if you do the crock pot.
