1.5 cup Oats, Quaker 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh .5 cup Dairy, Milk - Whole - 1 cup 2 serving *Whey Protein (Muscle Tech) Vanilla Cream (by MSWISDOM) 2 tbsp *Flax Seed 1 tbsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tsp Baking Powder 1 dash Salt .3 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 Apples, fresh with skin
Grate apple with box grater and set aside. Blend banana, milk, eggs, protein powder, and flax seeds. Mix batter from blender in bowl with apples and remaining ingredients. Drop by 1/4 measures onto hot griddle and cook like pancakes.
