Red Potato Salad

Ingredients
2lbs red potatoes3/4 cup Hellman's Light Mayonnaise2 tsp mustard2 tsp vinegar
Directions
Cut washed potatoes into bite size pieces. Boil until fork tender. Cool under running water. Set aside. Mix together mayo, mustard and vinegar in a small bowl. Mix potatoes and dressing together in a large bowl. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
Serving size is 1/2 cup.
