Mashed Cauliflower

Ingredients
1 head, large (6-7" dia) Cauliflower, raw 4 tbsp Land O Lakes half and half 4 tbsp Butter, unsalted .5 tbsp Nutmeg, ground .25 tbsp Pepper, black
Directions
Cook cauliflower in pressure cooker, drain, and place in large mixing bowl.
Add butter and half & half, mix well with mixer.
Add nutmeg & pepper (to taste) and blend.
Serves 4.
