Ingredients
3.0 tbsp break free egg whites1.0 serving(s) Lightlife tofu pups1.0 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard0.25 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend0.25 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend2.0 tsp Hot Sauce, Tapatio
Directions
Depending on the quantities(honestly doesn't matter) pour your egg whites into a skillet on low heat, add lemon pepper, onion pepper and garlic salt, then allow to cook for a minute or until it partially solidifies. Chop up 3 tofu pup links, put them in, cook for additional 2 minutes, adding Dijon halfway through. Mix around and allow eggs to scramble.
