1.5 cup Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry 3 Serving(s) Pure protein powder 0.25 tsp Salt 16 tsp Splenda 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 cup Milk, 1% 0.5 serving(s) Apple sauce 4 tbsp Bell Plantation PB2 4 tbsp Jiff Extra Crunchy Peanut Butter
Directions
Mix oatmeal, protein, salt, and pb2 together. In another bowl mix together splenda, eggs, milk, apple sauce, and peanut butter. Add wet to dry and mix. Bake 1 hour at 350
