Grilled Vegetables and Feta

Ingredients
1 yellow pepper, medium1 orange pepper, medium1 red pepper, medium2 cup, whole Mushrooms, fresh 3 whole, sliced Zucchinis1 large Sweet potato3 tbsp Olive Oil 3 oz Feta CheeseSaltPepperOregano
Directions
- Cut all vegetables into large chunks
- Mix with oil, salt, pepper and oregano
- Bake at 400 degrees F for 40 minutes
- Put into bowl and sprinkle with Feta Cheese
