24.0 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted2.0 serving Brown rice (1 cup cooked)2.0 cup Mixed Vegetables (Broccoli, Cauliflower, Carrots) Birds Eye - 87g2.0 tbsp Olive Oil2.0 tsp Salt10.0 Grams Chicken Broth or Bouillon1.0 tbsp Basil1.0 tsp Garlic powder0.25 tsp Pepper, black6.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Chop cooked chicken and veggies into bite-size pieces. In a large pot Add olive oil, chicken, seasonings and heat through at med. high 5 min . Add veggies and water. Bring to a boil. Cook til tender, about 10 min. Add raw rice, cover and cook on simmer til rice is done, about 15 - 20 min.
