Jicama "apple" pie with pecan crust and bacon lattice

1 cup, chopped Pecans .5 cup Butter, salted 4 cup Jicama1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tsp Nutmeg, ground 1 tsp Cloves, ground 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 10 medium slices, bacon2 tbl almond flour1 tbl lemon juice
Peel and chop jicama into 1 inch pieces. Place 4 tablespoons of butter in a pan and add jicama, cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, 4 drops of liquid stevia, lemon juice, and vanilla. Cook on medium heat until jicama is soft. Take pecans and chop finely, mix with almond flour, the rest of butter and a drop or two of liquid stevia and spread out in pie pan. Take bacon and run under cold water to help reduce shrinkage. Once jicama is cooked place in pie pan and make a lattace out of the bacon on top. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes or until bacon is crispy.
