spinach and artichoke wraps

Ingredients
1 cup fresh spinach1 cup canned mushrooms1 can artichokes2 slices of low fat muenster cheeseolive oilgarlic to tasteflour wraps
Directions
heat olive oil in a pan add garlic
add artichokes and mushrooms
after mushrooms and artichokes are cooked
spread honey mustard over flour tortilla
place cheese in tortilla
add mushrooms and artichokes

Optional: after you have wrapped your mushrooms and artichokes in the wrap, spray both sides with cooking spray and place wrap in george forman grill..makes a great panni!
