4 tbsp Butter, salted 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.50 large (3-1/4" dia) (approx 2 per lb) Apples, fresh with skin 2 tbsp Coconut Oil - Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil 2 serving Trader Joes Vanilla Whey Protein Powder 2 serving Great Lakes Gelatin Collagen Hydrolysate Unflavored Beef Kosher serving size 2 Tbs (12 g) 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice 4 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup
Grate apple, melt butter and coconut oil, mix all ingredients, spoon drop onto cookie sheet with parchment paper, bake at 350 until firm and lightly brown.
