Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Bread

Ingredients
1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 1 dash Salt 4 tsp Baking Powder .75 cup Almond Butter 2 1tsp Coconut Oil 4 tbsp Agave Nectar (Wholesome Organic Blue Agave) 2 tsp Vanilla Extract .75 cup Silk Pure Almond Milk - Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk 1.5 serving Navitas Raw Cacao Powder (1 serving = 2.5 Tbsp or 14g) 1 cup Steel Cut Oats, dry 4 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 1 cup Artisan Gluten-Free Flour Blend (by JO_JO_BA) 3 tbsp Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees
- In a large bowl, mix the egg and mashed banana
- Add the peanut butter, sea salt, baking powder, coconut oil, agave, vanilla and almond milk and mix until well combined.
- Now, stir in the raw cacao, oats, the meal and the flour. stir until combined.
- Last, stir in the chocolate chips.
- Grease a brownie tin or loaf pan and add the dough. Bake for about 1 hour.
- Let it cool down completely before cutting.
- Store in fridge or freezer.
