Homemade Healthy Mayonnaise

Ingredients
0.5 cup Walnut Oil4.0 large Egg Yolk1.0 tsp or 1 packet Yellow Mustard1.0 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar1.0 dash Salt1.0 fl oz Lemon Juice
Directions
Beat or blend the egg yokes til it thickens slightly. Then add all other ingredients except oil and continue to beat or blend. Lastly, slowly pour in the oil as you beat or blend the mixture at a low speed. Stop once mixture has emulsified and then store homemade mayonnaise in an airtight glass container in the fridge for up to 10 days.

Serving Size: Makes about 1 cup of mayonnaise
