Low Carb Bacon Cheeseburger Soup

Ingredients
32.0 oz Ground beef, lean10.0 medium slices, cooked (raw product packed 20/lb) Bacon, pork, microwaved2.0 package, small (3 oz) Cream Cheese3.0 tsp Dijon Mustard (Great Value)2.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw6.0 cup Beef broth, bouillon, consomme2.5 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese1.0 clove Garlic
Directions
Cut bacon into small pieces. Dice onion and shred cheddar cheese. Cook bacon then drain and set aside. Brown ground beef add onion then drain excess grease. Add garlic and mustard. Then melt cream cheese into ground beef. Add beef broth and bring to boil. Add cheddar cheese and reduce to simmer. Simmer for 20 to 30 minutes. Add bacon back in and serve. Can add heavy cream at end if want that extra creaminess.
