Salmon with Lemon, Capers, and White Wine

Ingredients
500 gram Salmon, fresh (4 x 125g fillet)0.25 cup Olive Oil 1 tbsp Rosemary 0.25 cup Lemon Juice (juice of 1 lemon)1 Lemon (sliced, for garnish)125 mL White Wine 50 gram(s) Waitrose Cooks' Ingredients Salted Capers (about 4 tsp)Salt & Pepper
Directions
Brush the top and bottom of each salmon fillet with olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, and rosemary.

Please each fillet on a piece of foil that is big enough to fold over and seal.

Top each fillet with lemon slices, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp wine, and 1 tsp capers.

Wrap up tightly.

Bake at 180C for 20 minutes.
