Ingredients
5 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .5 cup Dairy, Milk - Whole - 1 cup .5 tomato Red Ripe Tomatoes 1 cup Spinach, fresh .5 serving 1 med yellow onion (by TODD7623) 1.5 serving publix premium spinach and feta smoked chicken sausage (by A59464)
Directions
Chop up veggies
Mix all ingredients together
Season with salt, pepper and garlic salt (1 tsp each)
Bake at 350 F for 18 minutes
