half a block of tofu4 tablespoon of tamari2 raw potatoes, grinded2 garlic cloves1 onion1 tsp of dijon mustard2 tblsp tahini1/4 cup of oat flakes1/4 cup of flour
Directions
mix everything in a mixer;

make patties and bake them in a pan at low heat

serve in a nice bread or tortilla
