Tangy Pork Strips

Ingredients
1 lb 5 oz pork tenderloin cut into strips4 med. onions sliced thin1 cup ketchup1 cup cider vinegar2 tbsp dry mustard3 cloves of garlic1/4 honey2 tbsp brown sugar2 tsp cayenne pepper2 tbsp chipotle peppers with adobo sauce2 tbsp lemon juice
Directions
Spray pan with pam.Layers onions on bottom of pan.Place pork tenderloin on top.Mix rest of ingredients then pour over onions and pork tenderloin. Cook at 425 for about 45 mins or until onions are tender and pork cook through.

Serving size: 1 cup

Tastes good served over a baked potato.
