1 can Great Value Cut Green Beans, no salt added 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1/2 tsp Garlic, minced, jar, great value1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 1/2 medium Onion, diced3 medium Carrots, diced or sliced thin3 tsp Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice 2 tsp McCormick Old Bay Seasoning
Heat a large skillet with olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and carrots. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes until onions are softened and translucent. Add mushrooms and cook for an additional 4 to 5 minutes until mushrooms have browned, and the water is released and evaporated from the vegetables.
Add green beans and cook through until hot, stirring frequently.
Add garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds until golden and fragrant. Remove from the heat and add lemon juice, tossing to coat all of the beans.
