2 cup Baby Romaine Lettuce .25 cup Tomatoes - sm cherry tomatoes .25 cup (not packed) Raisins .10 cup, chopped Walnuts .25 cup, sections Oranges 0.5 cup slices Cucumber (with peel) .10 cup, chopped Carrots, raw .10 cup, diced Celery, raw 4 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
Directions
cut up and add all together. salt and pepper. Squeeze a lemon over it if desiring dressing.
