Honey and Corn Flake "Fried" Chicken

Ingredients
1 lb chicken, sliced thin1 cup of Corn Flakes, crushed1/4 cup honey1/2 T garlic powder1 T olive oil, separated in half
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Evenly distribute 1/2 T olive oil in the bottom of a 13in by 9in pan. (Using a brush makes this easier)
Place the chicken in the pan in a single layer.
Brush the chicken with the remaining 1/2 T olive oil.
Cover the chicken evenly with the Corn Flakes then drizzle with honey.
Top with garlic powder.

Cook for about 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
