Rice Pilaf

1tbsp olive oil2 oz. capellini or angel hair1 medium yellow onion, choppeddash of salt3/4 cup condensed chicken broth2 cup water3/4 cup white rice1 tbsp honey
Over medium-low heat, pour the olive oil into a saucepan and add the onion and salt.
Break capellini in three and add to the onion. Let the pasta cook until it smells nutty (8 minutes). Do not burn!
Add the rice, chicken broth, and water. Cook until all the liquid is absorbed.
Transfer the pilaf to a bowl, drizzle with honey, and fluff.
Makes 4 1-cup servings.
