4 c. rhubarb - diced1 c. sugar1 T, flour_______________3/4 c. oatmeal3/4 c. brown sugar1/4 tsp. baking soda1/4 tsp. baking powder
Mix the first three ingredients in a bowl and coat the rhubarb well. Pour in 8 x 8 pan. Mix the last four ingredients together and crumble over the top of the rhubarb mixture. Dot with the butter. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 - 45 minutes.
Serve with fat free half and half or fat free Cool Whip.
