CRUNCHY CABBAGE TUNA SALAD

Ingredients
1 serving Tuna, Starkist Chunk White Albacore in Water (3 oz. can) 2 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh 2 tbsp chopped Onions, raw .25 cup Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt (Kirkland) 12 grams Sour cream, light 1 serving dijon mustard whole grain trader joes (by LCONTRERA)
Directions
1. Use a fort to mix together the tuna, cabbage and green onion. if you would like you can add jalapeno and apple here as well, if using.
2. Add yogurt, sour cream and mustard. Season with salt and pepper.
serve on whole grain bread or pita
