Ingredients
9 Eggs3 Cups Skim Milk1/2 Tsp Mustard1/4 tsp Black Pepper1/4 tsp Salt4 Slices Whole Wheat Bread8 oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions
The night before you want to serve mix all ingredients in an oven safe 13x9x2 baking dish. Cover and refrigerate.
In the morning, preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake uncovered for 1 hour. Serve immediately.
