2.65 serving Baby Bella Mushrooms (3 oz) 4 clove Garlic 0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 tsp Thyme, ground 2 tsp Soy Sauce 2 cup Brown Rice, long grain 2 tbsp Butter, salted 1 tsp Ginger, ground 0.5 cup Vegetable Broth
Heat olive oil in skillet with onions and garlic. Cook to soften. Add mushrooms and cook down until soft. Add soy sauce, thyme and ginger. Once mushrooms are browned add your cooked rice and vegetable broth. Cook down, add butter and stir til melted. Lastly salt and pepper to taste.
