Pumpkin Mug Cake with Chia Seeds

Ingredients
0.5 tsp Baking Powder 2 tbsp Aloha Nu Coconut Flour (by CYBERGRANNY1) 0.5 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.13 cup Libbys Pumpkin Puree (by JKJ599) 2 tbsp Coconut Oil 0.75 tbsp Maple Syrup 0.25 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 tbsp chia seeds
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Melt coconut oil and mix all wet ingredients into dry. Put into a microwave safe mug. Cook on high 2 to 2 1/2 minutes. Check for doneness at 2 minutes. Let sit then serve.
