Mashed Butternut Squash with Apples

Ingredients
2.5 cup, cubes Butternut Squash 2 serving Granny smith apple - 1 med. apple 0.5 serving Alpine Spiced Apple Cider 1 tbsp Butter, salted 1.5 tsp Thyme, fresh 0.5 tsp Salt 0.25 tsp Pepper, black 1 tsp Rosemary
Directions
Peel and cube in small pieces Butternut Squash and apples. Put these plus cider in microwaveable baking dish. Sprinkle cut up butter over top. Cover and microwave until tender, about 10-12 minutes. Mash until Smooth yet slightly chunky; stir in spices.
