7 oz Fage Greek Yogurt 2% plain1 cup, diced Celery, raw0.5 cup Ocean Spray Craisins16 oz chicken breast
Bake chicken until just done and juices run clear. Set aside to rest and cool.
When chicken is cool, shred chicken, mix in celery, yogurt, and craisins. Can add salt and pepper to taste, but nutrition is not factored in.
Divide into 4 portions.
