Autumn Soup

Ingredients
8 cup, cubes Butternut Squash 2.5 cup, mashed Pumpkin, cooked 1 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz) 4 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 1 cup slices Apples, fresh with skin .5 cup, packed Brown Sugar 1 cup, whipped Heavy Whipping Cream 4 tbsp curry powder2 tbsp garlic powder3 tbsp chopped ginger1/4 cup Apple Cider VinegarSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Prep and Roast the the butter nut squash for 1 hour at 350 in the oven. Chop and Sautee the other veggies to soften. Add to one pot and let simmer for 2 hours, add in flavorings.
