Ingredients
1 cup, diced Pineapple, freshness1/2 cup bell pepper, red, sweet, raw diced1/2 cup Red Onion Raw diced2 tbsp Cilantro, raw 1 Jalapeņo pepper seeds removed 1/2 tsp Salt 1 Tbsp. Lime Juice -1 Tbsp. Rice Vinegar
Directions
Mix all ingredients and refrigerate.
If you would like it hotter you can leave some of the seeds in the jalapeņo pepper.
