Maple-Spiced Bacon Pork Tenderloin

1 tsp Onion powder 1 tsp Garlic powder 1 tbsp Chili powder 1/2 tsp Ground CinnamonPinch of Ground Nutmeg Pinch of Cayenne Pepper 1/4 tsp salt 1lb Pork Tenderloin 4 tbsp Maple Syrup4 slices bacon
1. Stir together first 7 ingredients in a small bowl. Rub pork with syrup and sprinkle with spice mixture.
2. Wrap pork with bacon; let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.
3. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Place the pork on a rack in a broiler pan coated with cooking spray.
3 Bake 25-30 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 145ºF. Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing
