Light and Creamy egg nog

Ingredients
4 cup Silk Almond Milk, unsweetened vanilla 1 cup Egg Whites.4 cup Splenda Granular3 T sugar free vanilla pudding mix 2 tsp Vanilla Extract .5 tsp Rum Extract .5 tsp Brandy Extract .5 tsp Nutmeg, ground
Directions
Place all of the ingredients in a blender, and blend for 30-60 seconds, or until smooth. Chill for several hours.
Shake or stir eggnog well to blend before serving. Serve in glasses or mugs with an additional sprinkle of nutmeg.
