Gingered Tuna

Ingredients
* Chunk Light Tuna in Water, 7 oz * *Tuna Chunk White Albacore in Water, 7 oz * Olive Oil, 1 tbsp * Curry powder, 2 tsp - garam masala * Kraft Miracle Whip Light Dressing, 1/3 cup * Red Onion, raw, .25 cup, chopped * Ginger, Crystallized, 1 oz ( 3T.) * Pecans, .25 cup, chopped Balsamic Vinaigrette, 1 tbsp * Dijon Mustard, 1 tsp * Salt sense 1/4 tsp Baby spinach
Directions
Heat olive oil ,add curry powder and stir for 5 minutes. Set aside. Put tuna in a large bowl.

Put miracle whip in bowl, add curry powder mixture. Stir. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir. Add to tuna, stir well and serve. I usually put it on top of fresh baby spinach.

Serving 1 ice cream scoop.
