5 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw 3 serving 1 large egg (per the egg board) 50g 1 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh .3 oz Hormel SPAM 1 ear, medium (6-3/4" to 7-1/2" Sweet Corn, Fresh .25 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
bake potatoes first for 30 min at 400 with oil dribbled on top and cover with foil, then add remaining ingredients replace foil bake for 20 more min
