3.0 inner leaf Romaine Lettuce (salad)6.0 serving starkist chunk light Tuna in water (3 oz can)6.0 serving Orowheat Sandwich Thins 100% Whole Wheat6.0 tbsp Sauce - Pace Original Picante Sauce - Mild1.5 cup great northern beans-Winco
Directions
Drain tuna. Rinse bean. Dump together in a bowl. Mix in favorite spices or seasonings.(be mindful of the salt) Toast the thins. Place 1/2 cup of tuna mixture on thins. Top with greens and salsa if you wish. Serving Size: 6
