Tilapia taco bowl

Ingredients
4 serving tilapia fillet, Kirkland brand 1 cup black beans1 Avocado, California (Haas) 1/2 cup Red Onion Raw (small onion) 2 serving Brown rice (1 cup cooked) 3 clove Garlic 1/2 tsp Onion powder 1 tsp Oregano, ground 1 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne 1 tbsp Chili powder 1/2 tsp Paprika 1 tbsp Cumin1 cup Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned 2 tbsp Cilantro, raw 1/4 cup crumbled Feta Cheese 2 oz cabbage red / purple1 1/2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Cook long grain brown rice according to directions on package. Mix onion powder, oregano, cayenne pepper, chili powder, paprika and cumin together in a small bowl. Sprinkle mixture on tilapia and rub into fish. Add fish to pan with olive oil and garlic cloves. Cook fish on each side until it flakes easily with fork. Add a small amount of olive oil to pan with red onion and corn. Add red onion, corn, avocado, black beans and cabbage together. Put a serving of rice on bottom of 4 bowls and top with vegetable mixture. Place tilapia on top of vegetables and sprinkle with feta cheese and cilantro.
