1/4 cucumber, sliced thina lemon, sliced thin (you can also substitute 2 T Meyer Lemon Juice)6 sprigs of mint2 quarts water* for an interesting twist add 1 teaspoon grated ginger or small slice of ginger~ this is great for helping with your digestion)Directions: Add cucumber, lemon and mint in a pitcher.
