1/4 cup Smart Balance Buttery Spread Light With Flax Seed Oil 1 tsp Morton Lite Salt1 tbsp Lemon Peel 1 tsp Parsley, dried 1/3 tsp Dill weed, dried 1 tsp garlic, minced in a jar, Great Value 1/3 tsp Pepper, white 4 Wild salmon fillets
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl mix together margarine, salt, lemon zest, parsley, dill, minced garlic and white pepper.
Microwave for 30 to 45 seconds and stir well.
Brush melted margarine mixture on each fillet
Bake in oven for 10 to 12 minutes until fish flakes easily.
