1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut 3 large Eggs 2 2/3 cup 2% milk 2/3 cup sugar 3 tbsp flour 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 1/2 tsp Salt 1/4 tsp Nutmeg 1 crust, single 9" Pie crust, frozen, ready-to-bake
Bake pie crust at 350 degrees for 5 minutes. Sprinkle coconut over crust. Set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over coconut. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
