Ingredients
1 serving 1 large egg (per the egg board) 50g 1 tbsp ^ Coconut flour - 1 tablespoon - 62.5 (by SCRAPPYMELLA) 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder, Hershey's Natural Unsweetened (unlisted nutrients estimated from USDA website) 1 serving Truvia Natural Sweetener 1 1tsp Coconut Oil 0.25 cup Bob's Red Mill Finely Ground Almond Meal/Flour (by DANAGIRL23) 1 dash Salt 2 tbsp Cream Cheese .5 tsp chipotle chile pepper powder (by STICKFIGURE2) 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
Directions
melt butter, blend in all spices and cocoa. mix in egg then the nut flours. Last mix in softened cream cheese. put in to greased mug or small bowl. Microwave for 1.5 mins. invert on to a plate and microwave for10 seconds. I like to add just a dab of butter to the top. yummy
