Ingredients
1.0 tbsp chopped Onions, raw2.0 tbsp Mayonnaise, Hellman's Light1.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil1.0 serving Bumble Bee Smoked Salmon Fillets in Oil, 1 can0.15 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, add seasoning to taste. I use salt, pepper, and paprika. Add oil to skillet and heat with medium heat. Form mixture into patties and fry on each side for about 5 minutes or until golden brown. Serving Size: Makes 4-5 cakes
