3 large (8" to 8-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 0.75 cup Granulated Sugar 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tsp Baking Soda 1 tsp Baking Powder 0.5 tsp Salt 1.5 cup Flour, white 0.35 cup Canola Oil 12 tbsp Chocolate chips, Hershey's milk chocolate

Mash bananas add sugar and egg add oil add dry ingredients mix in chocolate chips Bake for 18 - 20 minutes at 375 Serving Size: 12 muffins
