Ingredients
2.0 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw2.0 cup Spinach, fresh35.0 tbsp Best Foods Regular Mayonnaise500.0 gram(s) Daisy - Sour Cream5.0 serving Egg, hard boiled, 1 egg (56g)2.5 serving Bacon, Applegate Farms Sunday Bacon (2 strips)56.0 gram Cheese, Natural Shredded Cheddar/Jack, Kirkland, 28g (1/3 cup)32.0 oz whole Chicken
Directions
For this recipe I used half of a chicken from leftovers chopped up. I made this for a ketogenic diet so no bread and all full fat ingredients. Chop chicken celery and spinach Hardboil 5 eggs and cut up in an egg slicer twice. Chop up bacon Add in shredded cheese Add all these ingredients together in a bowl along with the mayonnaise & sour cream. Season: (I don't measure my seasoning, I eyeball and taste until it's perfect) Garlic pwdr Onion pwdr Tumeric Paprika Salt Pepper Dill weed Mix it all together and enjoy! Serving Size: 1.5 cups
