Ingredients
1.25 cup La Victoria Enchilada Sauce19.0 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean3.0 cup Squash - Yellow and Zucchini1.0 cup Beans, black0.5 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen0.75 cup, chopped Onions, raw0.45 cup Borden Four Cheese Mexican Shredded Cheese5.0 tortilla, medium (approx 6" dia) Corn Tortillas
Directions
Add ground turkey and onion to skillet asks cook until almost done. Add yellow squash and zucchini and cook 5-7 additional minutes. Stir in enchilada sauce, cheese, beans, corn and tortillas and cook ten minutes or until heated through.
