Mango Salsa

1 whole mango peeled and diced2 whole jalepeno peppers, diced finely(I leave half of one's seeds in to spice it up)2 Tbs green bell pepper diced2 Tbs red bell pepper diced1/4 C diced red onion3 Tbs chopped fresh cilantro(I use scissors to cut it up)2 whole limes, juiced
Chop all ingredients and toss together, I like to do this early in the day and then refrigerate. The flavors blend together and taste wonderful. I serve this with a grilled chicken or salmon.
