1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" Yellow Peppers (bell peppers) Burger onion. Tomato spinach. Rice. Olives. Optional :other ingredients as avocado and beans etc.
Directions
Mix ingredients after bake meat put peppers in oven @375° for an hour.
