Ham, sausage and leek soup

Ingredients
1 cup, diced Ham, extra lean, (5% fat) 6 link (4" long x 1-1/8" dia) Smoked Sausage, pork and beef 8 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.) Potato, raw 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 cup Leeks 13 tbsp Butter, salted 8 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 3 serving Chicken Boullion Cube (by MRSDUDLEY) 3 cup Milk, 1% .7 cup Flour, white
Directions
Saute in 3 tbs. Butter on med high:ham, onions, and sausage until onions are clear. About 5 minutes. Add leeks and saute another 3 minutes
Add water and chicken bouillon, and potatoes and reduce heat to simmer.
In another pot, hear remaining butter until melted. Slowly add in flour. Cook on medium until mixture thickens. Add in milk gradually. Stir until smooth. Combine this with the other pot. Cook until potatoes are soft. Enjoy!
