Ingredients
0.20 cup Blue Diamond Almond Flour (divided)1 tbsp Coconut Secret Raw Coconut Flour (by GFERBER) 11 gram(s) VitaFiber Prebiotic Fiber syrup or powder (1 tsp) (by KD_503) 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 28 gram(s) Avocado Oil - Chosen Foods - 1 TBSP 2 tsp Cinnamon, ground (divided)1.5 tbsp Butter, salted 1 tsp erythritol
Directions
mix butter, 1 tablespoon almond flour, erythritol and 1tsp cinnamon into paste.

Mix all other ingredients in a mug. drop paste in chunks into microwave cup, then stir paste slightly into dough. Creating the swirl effect of a cinnamon coffee cake.

Microwave for 90 to 100 seconds. Let rest for 4 minutes in microwave.
